Level One: CFO Services
 
  • Annual budgeting
  • Monthly financial statements and analysis, including forecasting
  • Monitoring and reporting on cash flow
  • Management reports
  • Board reports and presentations
  • Grant budgeting, monitoring and reporting
  • Support for annual audits and preparation of IRS Form 990
  • Filing of annual CPB reports if applicable
Level Two: CFO & Accounting Services
  • Record, process, and pay bills
  • Work with your traffic and underwriting department to record invoices and cash receipts
  • Work with your membership department to record cash receipts
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
  • Issue purchase orders
  • Generate the 1099 forms and prepare the annual 1096 report
Level Three: CFO, Accounting & HR Services
  • Payroll and HR services
  • Assistance with job postings, employment letters, vocation tracking
  • Assistance with insurance plans
  • Assistance with retirement plans
  • Payroll processing and recording of payroll activities
  • Remittance of payments to retirement plans and/or Health Savings Accounts
  • Assistance with annual preparation of Form 5500
